    How to Use

    How to Use Oil Pull
    Swish 1 teaspoon (or 1 capful) of oil in your mouth. Gently pull through your teeth for 5–20 minutes. Spit into the bin (not the sink). Rinse with warm water and SMILE!

    How to Use BrushPods™
    Open one BrushPod™ and pour the Toothpowder onto your mini ceramic dish. Wet your toothbrush and shake off excess water, then dip the bristles into the Toothpowder. Brush gently for 2 minutes, spit out and SMILE!

    Storage: Keep your BrushPods™ and Oil Pull Minty Wash in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Follow the storage and use-by guidance on each product’s packaging.
